摘要
本文针对目前市场上使用广泛的钢制柱型、钢制板型、铜铝复合柱翼型、铜管对流型四种新型采暖散热器,按照国家标准GB/T 13754—2008《采暖散热器散热量测定方法》,研究不同连接方式对其散热量影响并进行分析。通过对以上4种散热器在不同连接方式下的散热量的大量测试,给出了基于同侧上进下出连接方式的其他连接方式散热器柱数(或称片数)或长度的修正系数。
In accordance with the national standard GB / T 13754—2008 Test Methods of Thermal Output of Heating Radiators,the paper conducts actual tests for the four kinds of widely used heating radiators in the market,namely,steel column type,steel plate type,steel and aluminum composite column-wing type,and copper tube convection type,regarding the heat dissipating capacity in the case of different connection types,and then,analyzes the influences of different connection types on the heat dissipating capacity of radiator. Finally,the paper specifies the correction factor of the number or length of columns( or plates) of radiators based on the connection type of upperinlet and bottom-outlet at the same side.
