摘要
该文介绍了开关耐久性试验在实际运用中的控制、操作,将高低温箱及耐久性试验装置有机的结合起来,按照开关耐久性试验的要求,模拟开关的实际使用环境,对在规定的工作温度范围内其性能是否能满足规定要求进行分析和评价。并且通过试验装置结构的改进,解决低温情况下,由于试验气缸内部结冰,导致耐久试验被迫终止的问题。
This paper introduces the control and operation of the switch durability test in practice,Combine the high and low temperature box and the durability test device to combine the organic,according to the requirements of the switch durability test,the actual use of the switch is simulated,and the performance of the specified operating temperature range is analyzed and evaluated.And through the improvement of the structure of the test device,the problem of the freezing of the test cylinder is caused,and the problem of the endurance test is terminated.
