基于CFX的阶梯—深潭多级消能系统数值模拟研究

摘要 为定量研究阶梯—深潭多级消能系统的消能特性,以人工构筑的阶梯—深潭系统为研究对象,选用非定常不可压缩流动的N-S方程和RNGκ-ε紊流模型,采用VOF法进行了数值模拟,分析了不同沟道比降和流量下的阶梯—深潭系统的流态特征和消能特性。结果表明:消能率与沟道比降和流量成反比,沟道比降为1∶2,总流量为2 000m3时消能率最高可达93.93%,阶梯—深潭水流经过阶梯段跃起,跌入下游的深潭段,在深潭段水流的紊动扩散、翻腾漩滚和碰撞剪切作用下,水流速度急剧减小,有效控制了河床持续下切。 In order to study the multistage energy dissipation system characteristics of artificial constructedstep-pool with different channel gradient and varying rate of flow, the unsteady incompressible flowing N-Sequation,RNG K-e turbulence model and VOF (volume of fluid) method are adopted to do the numericalsimulation. The research shows that, the ratio of energy dissipation is in inverse ratio with channel gradientand varying rate of flow,and the maximum value of energy dissipation rate is equal to 93.93% when thechannel gradient is equal to 1 2 and the total flow is about 2 000 ma. And the simulation shows that thestep-pool flow rate of water reduced rapidly under the action of turbulent diffusion,spins the troubled roll-ing and collision shear in the deep pools section. It verifies that step-pool system can sufficiently dissipatethe energy of water and effectively control the riverbed further incising.
