摘要
目的为了保证临床用药的安全、有效、可靠。方法参考近年来国内外相关文献研究资料,并搜集国内多家医疗机构在高危药品管理上的先进理念和有效举措,结合第98医院的高危药品管理实际。结果探索并建立适合解放军第98医院的高危药品管理模式。结论医疗机构应足够重视高危药品的管理和风险防范,应结合医院实际情况,完善管理制度,制定安全使用的标准流程,强化医药护人员的高危药品教育培训,推广患者安全用药的健康宣教,降低用药风险,减少医疗纠纷,保证患者用药安全,提高药学服务水平。
Objective To ensure the safety, effectiveness and reliability of clinical medications. Methods We referred to both domestic and foreign literatures in recent years, and classified the advanced concepts in high-risk drug management and effective measures in some medical institutions, and reviewed the actual management experience of high-risk drugs in our hospital. Results We explored and established the management model for high risk drugs suitable for the 98 th hospital of the PLA. Conclusion Medical institutions should pay enough attention to the management high risk drugs to ensure the safety of high-risk drug use.
