摘要
目的:研究黄柏煮散颗粒制备工艺。方法:以成型性、干膏收率、滤过性和盐酸小檗碱含量等为指标,优化黄柏煮散颗粒的药材粉末粒度、润湿剂用量、干燥时间等因素,以吸湿性试验及临界相对湿度(CRH)为指标考察煮散颗粒制备的湿度要求。结果:确定了黄柏煮散颗粒的最佳制备工艺,将黄柏粉碎成粗粉,以0.4m L/g的比例均匀喷水,然后混匀,用挤出法成型,在烘箱中80℃干燥100 min,取出整粒,得煮散颗粒。结论:该成型工艺简单易行、稳定可靠。
Objective:To study the modern preparation technology of decoction powder of Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis.Methods:Formability,dry paste yield,filtration,berberine hydrochloride content were used as the indexes to optimize the preparation technology of decoction powder of Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis,such as powder grain size,water content and drying time,etc.The hygroscopicity and critical relative humidity(CRH) were used as the indexes to evaluate the humidity requirements for the preparation.Results:The optimum preparation technology was determined as follows:smashed Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis into coarse powder,evenly sprayed water by0.4 m L/g,mixed thoroughly,prepared by extrusion method,dried at 80 ℃ oven for 100 min,made finishing granule and then decoction powder.Conclusion:The moulding process is simple and reliable with a good stability.
