摘要
研究了V和Nb微合金化耐火钢显微组织和力学性能。结果表明,Mo、V、Nb元素的复合添加可以提高耐火钢的屈服强度、抗拉强度和伸长率。同时耐火钢的耐火性能和抗震性能得到提高,这与实验钢中析出的第二相V(C,N)和(Nb,V)(C,N)有关。
The microstructures and mechanical properties of the fire-resistance steel after alloying with V and Nb were investigated. The results show that the yield strength, tensile strength and elongation of the fire-resistance steel are improved by adding the element Mo, V and Nb simultaneously. And the fire resistance and seismic performance of the steel are also enhanced, which is related to the precipitated second phases V(C,N) and(Nb,V)(C,N) in the steel.
