呋喃唑酮致神经系统毒性及精神障碍的系统评价 被引量:5

Systematic evaluation of nervous toxicity and mental disorders induced by furazolidone

摘要 目的探讨呋喃唑酮引起神经系统毒性及精神障碍的发生情况及相关危险因素。方法检索CNKI、VIP、PuhMed、Cochrane Library、Springer、Embase6个数据库1966-2013年关于呋喃唑酮引起神经系统毒性及精神障碍不良反应(ADR)的报道及临床研究。结果43篇文献共报道219例有关神经系统及精神障碍ADR的病例,其中中枢神经毒性16例,周围神经毒性176例,精神障碍27例;男性多于女性,多发生于〈30岁年龄段;原发病多为胃炎;当日剂量≥0.5g或服药时间在11~30d时,发生此类ADR的风险最大。结论呋喃唑酮致神经系统毒性及精神障碍的高危因素是超剂量、长疗程给药。 AIM To investigate the occurrence of nervous system toxicity and mental disorders induced by furazolidone and related risk factors. METHODS Identify nervous system toxicity and mental disorders adverse drug reactions (ADR) reports and clinical studies of furazolidone by searching CNKI, VIP, PubMed, Cochrane Library, Springer, Embase 6 database from 1966 to 2013. RESULTS Forty- three literatures including 219 ADR cases of the nervous system and mental disorders were identified. The ADR of central nervous system were 16 cases, peripheral nervous system 176 cases, mental disorders 27 cases. Male was more than female, the age of patients mostly was in the 〈 30 years; the primary disease mostly was gastritis; when the daily dose was ≥ 0.5 g or medication at the time of 11 - 30 days, the incidence of the nervous system toxicity and mental disorders was the greatest. CONCLUSION Risk factors for nervous system toxicity and mental disorders induced by furazolidone are overdose, long course of medication.
