摘要
以某水电站灯泡贯流式机组的厂顶溢流布置型式为对象,利用原型观测数据结合有限元计算、小波包分析方法等,研究这种新型结构的厂房振动情况.首先,建立动力分析有限元模型,分析厂房结构的自振特性,并对可能振源进行共振校核;在此基础上,分析不同工况下机组振动和厂顶溢流对厂房结构的影响,并对振源特性与敏感结构相关性进行分析.结果表明:狭缝射流、转轮叶片振动以及协联关系不正确引起的振动与上、下游闸墩顺河向及侧盖板垂向振动可能存在共振问题;厂顶溢流产生的水流脉动对厂房及机组各向振动的影响微弱;机组振动为厂房振动的主要振源,这在水平顺河向的能量传递上表现得更为明显.
Based on prototype observation data, the vibration characteristics of powerhouse for the roof overflow hy-dropower station with bulb tubular unit were investigated using finite element method and wavelet method. After set-ting up the dynamic finite element model, the natural frequencies are analyzed and the resonance check is made for some possible excitation sources. Based on it, the influences of unit vibration and roof overflow pulsations on the structure are investigated according to observed data,and the relationship between the characteristics of vibration source and sensitive structure is examined. The results show that it is possible to come into resonance between the slot jet impingement, the vibrations of runner blade and incorrect coupled relationship and downriver vibration of piersof upstream and downstream, as well as vertical vibration of steel plate of upstream and downstream. Discharge induced vibration has weak influence on powerhouse and unit in all directions. Unit vibration is the major vibration source of powerhouse vibration, which is more obvious in downriver direction.
