摘要
目的对比总结细胞DNA定量分析法和液基薄层细胞学检测技术(TCT)在宫颈癌早期诊断中临床效果和价值.方法选取2010年1月至2014年8月,于武警陕西省总队医院就诊的2 342名妇女进行临床宫颈癌筛查,所有患者同时进行细胞DNA定量分析法和液基薄层细胞学检测技术(TCT)2种筛查手段进行检测,并对结果用活检确定,对比2种检测方法在宫颈癌早期诊断中的临床应用价值.结果在宫颈癌早期诊断中,细胞DNA定量分析方法及液基薄层细胞学检测技术检测出宫颈癌阳性的敏感性分别为92.16%和68.63%(χ2=54.96,P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;但2种方法表现出相似的特异性,分别为93.13%和96.47%(χ2=10.51,P>0.05),差异无统计学意义.结论细胞DNA定量分析方法具有极高的敏感度和特异性,可有效的对宫颈癌早期患者进行及时确诊,有助于及时发现病情,并采取有效的干预策略,是临床筛查宫颈癌的良好选择.
Objective To compare and summarize the clinical effects between DNA quantitative analysis technology and liquid based thin- layer cytology test for the early stage diagnosis of cervical cancer screening.Methods From January 2010 to August 2014, 2342 women received clinical screening for cervical cancer in our hospital. All of them were screened by the different methods, namely DNA quantitative analysis technology and liquid based thin- layer cytology test, and the screening results were determined by the biopsy. The clinical effects after screening were observed and compared. Results In the early diagnosis of cervical cancer, the DNA quantitative analysis technology showed the higher sensitivity of 92.16% than the liquid based thin- layer cytology test of 68.63%, with a significant difference(χ^2 = 54.96, P〈 0.05). But the two methods had the similar specificity, with no significant difference(93.13% and 96.47%, χ^2 = 10.51, P 〉0.05). Conclusion The DNA quantitative analysis technology for cervical cancer has excellent sensitivity and specificity,which can completethe diagnosis for patients with cervical cancer timely and execute the intervention strategies effectively. The DNA quantitative analysis technology is a good option for clinical screening of cervical cancer.
