承压铝合金铸件壳体的铸造工艺优化

摘要 针对承压壳体铸件结构复杂,内腔壁厚且比较均匀,采用翻转金属型铸造工艺生产出的铸件易产生夹渣缺陷,导致合格率不高。分析了铸件产生夹渣缺陷的成因,优化相关工艺参数后,有效地克服了壳体铸件的夹渣缺陷,提高了铸件的成品率,取得显著的经济效益。 Due to the characteristic of complex structure and more uniform wall thickness in cavity of pressure-resistant housing castings, in the process of producing housing castings using retroflexed metallic mould method, the produced castings were easy to produce slag defects, resulting in the passing rate is low. After analyzing the causes of slag defects in the castings, the process parameters were optimized, so as to effectively overcome the slag defects in shell castings and improve the yield of the castings.
