摘要
目的 总结烧伤创疡再生医学与疗法治疗糖尿病皮肤溃疡的护理要点.方法 对49例糖尿病皮肤溃疡患者采用烧伤创疡再生医学与疗法进行创面处理,并根据患者病情和个体情况采取相应的监测、健康教育和心理护理等措施,观察记录患者病情演变、情绪变化、治疗依从性、血糖控制和创面愈合情况等.结果 经过积极治疗和针对性护理,49例患者中除2例死亡、3例自行离院外,其余44例患者住院期间情绪稳定,积极配合治疗,皮肤溃疡创面均痊愈,且愈后皮肤瘢痕增生不明显,总治愈率为89.80%,创面愈合时间为52～196 d,平均77.5 d.结论 烧伤创疡再生医学与疗法配合有效的护理措施治疗糖尿病皮肤溃疡,能有效稳定患者情绪,增强患者信心,提高患者依从性,达到良好的治疗效果.
Objective To explore and summarize the nursing key points in treating diabetic skin ulcers with-MEBT/MEBO. Methods Apply MEBT/MEBO on the wounds of 49 patients with diabetic skin ulcers and take correspond-ing monitoring, health education and psychological nursing measures according to patients＇; condition and individual situa-tion. And observe and record the state changes of illness, mood, treatment adherence and glycemic control and wound heal-ing and etc. Results After active treatment and nursing, except 2 cases of death and 3 cases of auto-discharge during the treatment, all the other 44 cases achieved complete skin ulcer healing with stable emotion and active cooperation during the treatment, there was no obvious scar hyperplasia and the total cure rate was 89.80%. The wound healing time was from 52 days to 196 days and the average healing time was 77.5 days. Conclusion MEBT/MEBO combined with proper nursing measures can treat diabetic skin ulcers effectively and achieve excellent curative effect by steadying the patients＇ mood, en-hancing confidence and compliance of the patients.
