摘要
测定了烟蚜及其天敌烟蚜茧蜂不同发育阶段的过冷却点.结果表明:烟蚜及烟蚜茧蜂不同发育阶段的过冷却点存在一定差异.1和5日龄烟蚜的过冷却点分别为-23.90和-23.54℃.低龄烟蚜的过冷却点显著低于高龄烟蚜.被寄生后4 d内,烟蚜过冷却点从-23.70℃上升到-22.57℃,但被寄生后第5天烟蚜的过冷却点(-23.09℃)有所回落.被寄生烟蚜的过冷却点较未被寄生烟蚜高.僵化3 d内僵蚜的过冷却点无显著差异,烟蚜茧蜂雌、雄蜂的过冷却点也不存在显著差异.1日龄僵蚜和烟蚜茧蜂雌成蜂的过冷却点分别为-23.52和-21.05℃.因此,僵蚜的过冷却点较低,是进行冷藏的合适时期.
The supercooling points of Aphidius gifuensis and its host Myzus persicae at different development stages were observed.The result showed that there were significant differences in the supercooling points of different development stages of M. persicae and A. gifuensis. The supercooling point of one-day-old and five-days-old aphids were- 23. 90 and- 23. 54 ℃,respectively. The supercooling point of young tobacco aphids was significantly lower than that of old ones. The supercooling point of aphids,after being parasitized,was changed from- 23. 70 ℃ to- 22. 57 ℃ within 4 days,but it fell to- 23. 09 ℃ on the fifth day. The supercooling point of tobacco aphid adult,after being parasitized,was higher than that of normally developed adult. The supercooling point of aphids within 3 days after mummification was the same,and that of female adult parasitoids was similar to that of male adult parasitoids. The supercooling points of one-day-old mummified aphids,which had been parasitized by A. gifuensis,and female adult parasitoids were- 23. 52 and- 21. 05 ℃,respectively. When the parasitoids were inside mummified aphids,it should be the best stage for the cold storage of A. gifuensis because of lower supercooling point.
