摘要
目的分析青白联合手术方式在持续高眼压状态青光眼手术中的有效性和安全性。方法临床病例对照研究。对2013年1月至2014年12月在中国医科大学附属第一医院眼科，应用对比分析青白联合手术组与青白联合＋放液手术组在改善63例（63只眼），急性闭角型青光眼急性发作期持续高眼压状态的患者视力、眼压、房角、中央前房深度方面的效果。结果与术前相比青白联合手术组与青白联合十放液手术组，术后均可以缓解持续高眼压状态的患者视力、眼压、房角、中央前房深度，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；与单纯青白联合手术组相比，青白联合＋放液手术组可以明显降低患者眼压，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论青白联合手术与青白联合＋放液手术，在治疗持续高眼压状态青光跟方面均有效，青自联合＋放液术缓解跟压效果更加确切且安全性较高。
Objective Analysis the effectiveness and safety of trabeculectomy combined with cat- aract extraction for acute primary angle closure glaucoma under persistent ocular hypertension. Meth- ods 63cases （63eyes）of acute primary angle closure glaucoma under persistent ocular hypertension were divided into two groups. （group 1： only trabeeulectomy combined with cataract extraction.group 2： combined vitreous aspiration）. Comparative analysis of the two group included preoperative and postoperative visual acuity, intraocular pressure, anterior chamber angle and central anterior chamber depth. Results Compared with the preoperative,there was difference of postoperative at visual acuity, intraocular pressure, anterior chamber angle and central anterior chamber depth.（P 〈0.05）.The group2 can significantly reduce the intraocular pressure（P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Trabeculectomy combined with cataract extraction is effective in the treatment of acute primary angle closure glaucoma under persistent ocular hypertension. The combined vitreous aspiration group was more precise and higher security at IOP lowering effect.
