摘要
全面实现依法治国基本方略和法治基本方式是为我国经济社会发展添定力、添魅力。2012年党的十八大进一步强调全面推进依法治国,并把法治确定为治国理政的基本方式,提出"科学立法、严格执法、公正司法、全民守法"的新16字方针。全面推进依法治国,是全面深化改革、实现全面小康社会目标进而实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的战略选择。面向世界,我们要回应世界关切,表明中国态度,展示中国形象。法治定力,源于法治思维定力。需要建立法治信仰,培育法治思维,坚守法治精神,弘扬法治文化。
To comprehensively actualize the basic plan of ruling the nation by law could increase the will power and charm of our national economic and social development. In 2012, the 18th party congress further stresses to compre- hensively promote the basic strategy of ruling by law and identify it to be the basic means of national government. It also proposes a new 16 - word policy of ＂scientific legislation, strict enforcement of law, just administration of justice, all-people＇s abidance by the law＂. To comprehensively promote ruling the nation by law is a strategic choice for comprehensively deepening reform and actualizing the goal of fairly well - off society, and further actualizing China dream of renaissance of Chinese civilization. Facing the world, we should respond the concern of the world and state clearly China＇ s attitude and show China＇ s image. There is a need to establish the belief of rule of law, foster that thinking, adhere to that spirit, and publicize that culture.
