摘要
目的 探讨抗菌药物应用于妇科门诊的临床使用情况。方法 选择本院2012-2014年各年度妇科门诊开具药物应用处方共4128张,以年为单位,对抗菌药物使用频率、抗菌药物使用类型及临床不合理抗菌药物开具处方的筛查情况进行分析与探讨。结果 2012年妇科门诊开具药物处方共1678张,其中抗菌类药物处方共504张,非抗菌类药物处方共1174张;2013年妇科门诊开具药物处方共1257张,其中抗菌类药物处方共390张,非抗菌类药物处方共867张;2014年妇科门诊开具药物处方共1193张,其中抗菌类药物处方共406张,非抗菌类药物处方共787张。本院妇科门诊抗菌药物应用处方开具比率最高为大环内酯类药物,其次为喹诺酮类药物。结论 近3年来本院妇科门诊抗菌药物应用处方呈逐年增加趋势,并且其临床抗菌类药物处方应用类型由单独抗菌药物转向二联、三联抗菌药物类型。
Objective To investigate clinical application status of antibacterial agents in gynecological clinic. Methods Totally 4128 drug application prescriptions during 2012-2014 in our hospital were chosen for analysis and investigation of their application frequency of antibacterial agents, application types, and clinically irrational prescriptions. Results Among 1678 prescriptions in gynecological clinic in 2012, there were 504 prescriptions of antibacterial agents and 1174 ones of non-antibacterial agents. Among 1257 prescriptions in gynecological clinic in 2013, there were 390 prescriptions of antibacterial agents and 867 ones of non-antibacterial agents. Among 1193 prescriptions in gynecological clinic in 2014, there were 406 prescriptions of antibacterial agents and 787 ones of non-antibacterial agents. Macrolides drug, followed by quinolones drug, are common used ones. Conclusion Prescriptions of antibacterial agents in gynecological clinic show a increasing trend in recent 3 years. Application of antibacterial agents changed from single type to double and triple types.
