摘要
单向导湿织物是一种具有高附加值的功能纺织品,除了服用之外,在医用卫生,分离过滤,微流体控制等领域具有广阔的应用前景。从仿生学的角度总结了目前单向导湿的原理:差动毛细效应、湿润梯度效应、蒸腾效应。详细阐述了从纤维选择,织物结构设计,功能整理3个方面实现单向导湿的方法;指出了传统单向导湿服装在穿着多层服装情况下的局限性,作为解决方案介绍了在织物长度方向上的单向导湿织物;最后提出仿生作为单向导湿织物研究的基本思路,从提高耐静水压性和引入动态评价方法 2方面对未来作出展望。
Unidirectional water transport fabric is value. Besides being used on wear, it also has huge a kind of functional fabrics which has high added potentials in the field of medical care, filtration and separation, flowing control, etc. Biomimetic theory of unidirectional water transport fabrics, including differential capillary effect, wettability gradient effect and transpiration effect are explained. Also reported are three basic ways to achieve unidirectional water transport effect, which are fiber selection, fabric structure designing and functional finishing. The disadvantages of unidirectional water transport fabric used under the condition of wearing multi-layer clothes are explained, and as a solution to solve this problem unidirectional water transport effect along the length of fabric is proposed. Finally, biomimetics is proposed to be a basic way to enhance unidirectional water transport property of fabric, and future development is made from two aspect of the improvement the introduction of dynamic evaluation methods. of fabric's resistance to hydrostatic pressure and
