摘要
建立了食品中8种营养标签元素的分析方法。采用HNO3+H2O2为消解体系经微波消解食品样品,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)法测定食品中钾、镁、钙、铁、锌、磷、铜、钠8种营养标签元素。结果8种元素的检出限分别在0.1~12 mg/kg之间;线性良好,线性相关系数均为r≥0.999 1;精密度RSD〈4.8%;回收率在88.17%~106.11%之间;采用17种国家一级标准物质验证了方法的准确性,结果表明,标准物质的测定结果与参考值基本一致,该方法具有良好的准确性和精密度。
The 8 methods of analysis of the nutrition label elements in food. Using HNO3+H2O2 as the system of digestion by microwave digestion of food samples, haductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-OES) method for the determination of 8 elements in food nutrition labels of potassium, magnesium, calcium, iron, zinc, copper, phosphorus, sodium. The results the detection limit of 8 elements were in the range of0.1-12 mg/kg; good linear, linear correlation coefficient is r=0.999 1; RSD 〈 4.8% precision; the recovery rate was 88.17%106.11%; the 17 national standard reference materials to verify the accuracy of the method, the results show that, in agreement with reference values determination results of standard substance, this method has good accuracy and precision.
