摘要
对多种植物材料的可加工性能和感官质量进行了研究,并探究其在卷烟嘴棒中应用的可能性。结果表明,植物材料的含水率比烟叶低,填充值比烟叶大,施加丙二醇保润剂可提高植物材料的含水率,降低填充值,提高植物材料的加工性能;玫瑰花、紫罗兰、槐花、百合花和桂花呈现花香香韵,竹叶、枇杷叶、桑叶、荷叶、苹果花、贡菊、甜叶菊和菊苣呈现清甜香风格特征,最后将荷叶和菊苣卷制成了植物材料基础棒和复合滤棒。研究表明植物材料经过一定处理后可应用在卷烟嘴棒中。
The processability and sensory quality of several plant materials were studied, and application poss^ility of plant materials on filter rod in cigarette was also explored. The results showed that plant materials had lower moisture contents and higher filling values than tobacco leaf, the addition ofpropanediol humectant could increase moisture contents, decrease filling values and improve processability for plant materials; Rose, violet, sophora flower, lily and Osmanthusfragrans present floral aroma, bamboo leaf, loquat leaf, mulberry leaf, lotus leaf, apple flower, Chrysanthemum morifolium, Stevia rebaudiana and chicory present freshness and sweet, plant material basal rod and composite filter rod containing lotus leaf and chicory were finally prepared. The research revealed that plant materials could be applied to filter rod in cigarette after treatment.
