摘要
目的:探讨综合护理干预措施对骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折(osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture,OVCF)患者疼痛症状与生活质量的影响。方法:选取本院2013年1月至2015年1月收治的126例OVCF患者,随机分为对照组与干预组各63例,对照组采用常规临床护理措施,干预组给予综合护理干预,分别比较两组病例护理前后疼痛程度及生活质量,并行统计学处理分析。结果:护理后,干预组疼痛程度与生活质量均显著好于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对OVCF患者采用综合护理干预不但能良好抑制疼痛症状,也可迅速提升其生活质量。
Objective： To investigate the comprehensive nursing intervention on the pain and life quality of osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture （OVCF） patients. Methods： A total of 126 cases of OVCF patients in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and intervention group, each group contained 63 cases, q-he control group was given conventional nursing measures, and the intervention group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. The pain degrees and life qualities before and after the nursing of these two groups were compared and statistically analyzed. Results： After the nursing, the pain degree and life quality of intervention group were significantly better than those of the control group, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The comprehensive nursing intervention can not only well restrict the pain condition, but also can improve the life quality.
