综掘工作面高压添加剂喷雾降尘技术在葛泉矿的应用

摘要 随着大型机械化采煤作业的发展,井下工作面产尘量也在不断增加,给矿工带来严重的职业病,同时也是造成煤矿安全事故的隐患。本文针对综掘工作面的产尘现状和水喷雾降尘措施的不足,提出一套高压添加剂喷雾降尘技术,在葛泉矿11912运输巷综掘工作面应用后,取得了理想的降尘效果:使用高压添加剂喷雾降尘技术时,全尘平均降尘效率为85.98%。 With the development of large-scale and mechanical coal mining,the quantity of dust is increasing constantly in coal mining, it bring the mine worker with occupational diseases, and also be a hidden danger of accident in the mine.The paper proposed a high-pressure spray dust suppression additives for dust production mechanized excavation face situation and the lack of water spray dust suppression measures, The technology was applied to the heading face of 11912 transport tunnel in Gequan Mining, and achieved the good result of dust suppression: Using high-pressure spray for dust suppression additives, The efficiency of the average total coal dust was 85.98%.
