摘要
目的探讨人文关怀在耳鼻咽喉科内镜检查中的应用效果。方法选择2011年4月至2014年4月在我院耳鼻咽喉科接受检查的患者356例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组178例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上进行人文关怀护理。记录并比较两组患者在检查时所出现的负性情绪,检查后给患者发放护理满意度调查表,对两组患者的护理满意度进行比较分析。结果观察组的负性情绪发生率为64.04%、对照组为87.64%,两组差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组的护理满意度为91.57%、对照组为75.84%,两组差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在耳鼻咽喉科的内镜检查过程中,对患者进行人文关怀护理,能减少患者负性心理情绪的发生率,提高护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of humanistic care in endoscopic examination in otorhinolaryngology department. Methods 356 patients with endoscopic examination in otorhinolaryngology department of our hospital from April 2011 to April2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 178 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine care,while patients in the observation group were given humanistic care on the basis of routine care. The negative emotion during examination,and patients' satisfaction to care were observed and compared between two groups. Results The incidence of negative emotion of observation group was 64.04%, significantly lower than 87.64% of control group(P 0.01). The patients' satisfaction to care of observation group was 91.57%, significantly higher than 75.84% of control group(P 0.01). Conclusions Humanistic care for patients with endoscopic examination in otorhinolaryngology department can reduce the incidence of negative emotion, and improve patients' satisfaction to care.
