不同形状氧化锆颗粒喷砂酸蚀纯钛表面的残留率比较

摘要 目的研究不同形状氧化锆颗粒制备纯钛喷砂酸蚀(sandblasted and acid-etched,SA)表面的残留量。方法分别以球形氧化锆(round zirconia,RZr O2)和不规则氧化锆(irregular zirconia,IZr O2)制备RZr O2SA和IZr O2SA表面,通过表面形貌、粗糙度、元素组成检测来进行比较分析。结果 RZr O2SA和IZr O2SA表面具有相似的多级孔洞及平均粗糙度(P=0.064)。两种表面皆由Ti元素组成,RZr O2SA无颗粒残留,而IZr O2SA表面仍可发现有不规则的Zr O2残留。结论 RZr O2SA表面较IZr O2SA表面更清洁且无喷砂颗粒残留。 Objective To study the residual rate of particles on sandblasted and acid-etching(SA) surfaces modified by different shape of zirconia. Methods Round zirconia(RZr O2) and irregular zirconia(IZr O2) were separately used to prepare the RZr O2 SA and IZr O2 SA surfaces. Surface morphology, roughness, elemental composition assay were performed for comparative analysis of these two surfaces. Results RZr O2 SA and IZr O2 SA surfaces had a similar morphology with multi-holes, and moderate average roughness(P = 0.064).Both surfaces were comprised with Ti. Irregular Zr O2 was found residual on IZr O2 SA surface. Conclusions Without residual particles,RZr O2 SA is cleaner than IZr O2 SA.
