摘要
水痘－带状疱疹病毒（varicela-zostervirus,VZV）感染可引起中枢性血管病变，进而导致卒中发病。文章就VZV感染与卒中发病的相关性进行了综述，以便对VZV感染患者进行全面评估，从而降低VZV感染后的卒中风险。
The varicela-zoster virus（VZV） infection causes central vasculopathy,and then leads to stroke onset. This article reviews the correlation between VZV infection and stroke onset in order to conduct a comprehensive assessment of patients with VZV infection, thereby reducing the risk of stroke after VZV infection.
