摘要
我国台湾地区科技类大学教师评鉴制度,有力提升了教师教学、研究、辅导与服务水准。运用内容分析法,分析我国台湾地区科技类大学教师评鉴制度文本表明,评鉴制度应有配套政策支撑、应是一个动态的变迁过程、应体现分类评鉴的思想、应遵循有效竞争的法则等,对我国大陆同类院校教师评价制度改革具有重要的借鉴意义。
The teachers' evaluation system in technology universities in Taiwan has effectively improved level of teacher' s teach- ing, research, guidance and service. Based on content analysis of the teachers' evaluation system in technology universities in Taiwan, we can conclude that the evaluation system shall have the necessary policy support, should be a dynamic change process, should reflect the thought of classification evaluation, should follow the rule of the effective competition, etc.. All of these will be great meaningful to reform teachers' evaluation system of mainland similar colleges and universities.
