ATGL在后期鸡胚不同组织中的分布

摘要 甘油三酯脂肪酶(adipose triglyceride lipase,ATGL)是脂解反应过程中第一步关键酶,其在鸡胚不同组织中的表达未见报道.研究随机选取6只18胚龄(E18)鸡胚,采集脾脏、腿肌、胸肌、十二指肠、回肠、空肠、肝脏、卵黄囊、腺胃、皮下脂肪、肺、心脏、下丘脑、肾、法氏囊等组织,采用实时荧光定量PCR(q RT-PCR)技术检测ATGL m RNA在鸡胚不同组织中的表达.结果表明:ATGL m RNA的表达水平在皮下脂肪最高,显著高于其他组织中的表达(P<0.05),卵黄囊次之,为5.117,而脾脏组织中未检测到ATGL m RNA的表达,ATGL m RNA在鸡胚中的表达水平具有组织特异性. Adipose triglyceride lipase (ATGL) is the key enzyme involved in lipolysis.The tissue distribution of A TGL shows tissue specificity due to the difference in the nucleotide sequences and protein structure between different species.In this paper, 6 chicken embryos were randomly sampled on day 18 of incubation (El8) to collect 15 kinds of tissue,including spleen,leg muscle,bread muscle,duodenum,ileum,jejunum,liver,yolk sac,proventriculus, subcutaneous fat,lung, heart,hypothalamus,kidney and bursa of fabrieius, qRT-PCR was used to detect the expression of A TGL mRNA in different tissues.The results showed that high level of chicken is expressed in subcutaneous and reach significant difference compared with the other tissues.The level of A TGL mRNA was 5.117 in yolk sac,while no A TGL mRNA was detected in spleen.The result showed that the A TGL mRNA expression level has tissue specificity in chicken embryos.
