摘要
本文通过对高铁公网覆盖工程实施的关键点进行分析,认为与铁路部门进行良好的沟通是此类工程能够顺利实施的最关键因素,并提出可采用设计施工总承包的建设管理模式来实施此类工程,以实现多方共赢。进而分析了这种工程建设模式的可行性,并对实施该模式应注意的问题进行了剖析,以期对此类工程的顺利实施起到有益的借鉴作用。
Based on the analysis of implementation key points of high-speed railway public network coverage projects, it is concluded that good communication with the railway department is the most critical factor for successful implementation. It is also proposed that an all-win result can be achieved for this project by adopting the design and build contract management mode. Then the feasibility of this kind of construction mode is analyzed, and the problems that should be paid attention to during executing this mode are also studied. It is hoped that the discussion can be beneficial to the successful implementation of this kind of project.
