摘要
好氧发酵是污泥处理最常用方法之一。生活污泥生物好氧发酵过程主要受物料属性、工艺操作和环境的影响,而物料水分变化主要与物料含水率、通风、堆体结构、物料产水系数和加水操作有关,可通过建立对流-反应模型、达西定律相关方程或经验模型的方式,对污泥生物好氧发酵过程中物料含水率进行预测。对污泥生物好氧发酵过程中脱水及其影响因素进行了阐述,介绍并评述了污泥生物好氧发酵过程脱水进程模拟和预测方法,为生活污泥无害化和农用提供了理论支持。
The aerobic composting is one of the most commonly used methods in sludge treatment. Aerobic composting process is mainly affected by the material properties, operation and environment. The moisture changes in composting materials are primarily related to moisture content, ventilation, structure of the pile, water production rate and watering during aerobic composting process. Convection-reaction model, Darcy equation or empirical equation could be used to predict the moisture content changes during aerobic composting process. The water removal and influencing factors of composting process were dis- cussed, and the simulation and prediction of composting process were introduced to provide the theoretical support for harmlessness and agricuhural use of sewaze sludze.
