摘要
基于浙江省和江西省农民专业合作社的访谈,运用扎根理论,抽象出109个概念和14个范畴分析农民专业合作社参与产学研合作的动机、条件、绩效、形式及其相关关系。结果表明:合作社参与产学研合作的主要动机在于资源导向、学习导向、成本导向,合作的主要条件在于企业家精神、政府扶持、技术吸收能力,合作的主要形式是信息技术服务、技术引进、联合技术开发、共建实体,合作的主要绩效体现在人才培养、品牌、利润;不同的产学研合作动机对合作形式影响不同,不同的合作形式会产生不同的合作绩效。
Based on the interviews with farmer cooperatives of Zhejiang and Jiangxi, using grounded theory, we abstract 109 concepts and 14 categories to analyze the motivation, conditions, performance, form and the correlation of farmer cooperatives involved in combination involving production, teaching and research. The results showed that: the main motivation of cooperatives participation in combination involving production, teaching and research is resource-oriented, learning-oriented, cost-oriented; the main condition is that the entrepreneurial spirit, government support, technology absorption capacity; the main form of cooperation is information technology services, technology transfer, joint technology development and building entity; the main performance of cooperation reflected in personnel training, brand and profits. Different motives lead to different forms of cooperation research, and it will produce different cooperative performance.
