摘要
填土地基沉降不均引起既有建筑的倾斜是岩土工程治理中的热点与难点问题。既有建筑的倾斜会影响设备的运行和结构的安全,必须及时治理。文章通过某电厂石灰石浆液罐的纠倾加固工程实例,介绍了锚杆静压桩的工作原理、方案设计、施工方法及过程控制。进一步分析了既有建筑倾斜的原因,指出回填土沉降不均是导致倾斜的主要原因,并设计制定了锚杆静压桩纠倾加固的处理方案。目前该电厂石灰石浆液罐经纠倾加固后已安全运行一年,现场监测结果表明沉降满足设计要求,说明该处理方案是成功的。
The tilt of existing buildings caused by differential foundation settlement of filled up ground is a hot and difficult problem in geotechnical engineering treatment. The tilt will have serious effects on both the operation of the equipments and the safety of the structure, so it must be treated timely. The paper introduced the working principle, project design ,construction method and process control of anchor jacked pile; and then analysed the reasons that caused the inclination through a remedy reinforcement engineering example on a power plant limestone slurry tank. The results showed that differential settlement of backfill soil was the main reason of the tilt. At last, choosing anchor jacked pile to improvement for tilt rectifying. At present the tank has operated safely for one year after treatment, and in-situ monitoring results show that the settlement meets the requirements of design. So the treatment scheme is successful.
