摘要
目的观察自拟中药汤剂联合西药治疗骨质疏松的临床疗效及其对骨代谢生化指标和血中骨钙素的影响。方法 124例骨质疏松患者随机分为两组。对照组用西药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上结合自拟中药汤剂治疗。1个月后对两组疗效及相关指标进行观察。结果治疗组治疗后总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后U-Ca、ALP与对照组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后血中骨钙素明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者在治疗过程中均未出现明显不良反应。结论自拟中药汤剂联合西药治疗骨质疏松患者效果显著。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of self herbal decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of osteopo -rosis and its effects on bone metabolism and blood biochemical markers osteocalcin , provide a scientific basis for clinical diagnosis and treat -ment.Methods 124 cases of osteoporosis were randomly divided into two groups .The control group were given western medicine , the treatment group were given self herbal decoction based on the control group .After treating for a month,the clinical and some index were ob-served.Results After treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than control group （P〈0.05）; there was significant difference between two groups in the content of U -Ca and ALP （P〈0.05）; serum osteocalcin in treatment group was signifi -cantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）; both groups had no significant adverse reactions .Conclusion Self herbal decoction combined with western medicine has remarkable effect in treatment of osteoporosis .
