摘要
为了研究龙门导轨磨床床身结构的优化设计,本文建立GM-KD5025A龙门导轨磨床床身三维设计模型。该模型以ABAQUS设计软件为工具,开展对床身动、静态特性分析,得到床身结构中的薄弱环节并进行改进。改进后的床身结构,不仅总质量减少了36%,而且静动刚度也提高了,其中静刚性提高了19.7%,动刚性提高了30%,为床身的设计提供了理论参考依据。
In order to optimize the design of Longmen rail grinder bed structure, this paper builds a Longmen GM-KD5025A Guideway Grinder Bed 3D design model by using the ABAQUS design software. The paper ana-lyzes the dynamic and static characteristics of a lathe bed, finding out and improving the weak points in the struc-ture. With the help of the improvement, not only the total mass is reduced by 36%; but also the static dynamic stiff-ness is increased, among which the static rigidity is increased by 19.7% and the dynamic rigidity is increased by 30%. This optimization provides a theoretical reference for design of lathe bed.
