摘要
首次在大型的聚丙烯聚合生产装置上实现超高韧聚丙烯釜内合金的商业化,超高韧聚丙烯釜内合金具有非常优异的低温冲击。研究了超高韧聚丙烯釜内合金的分子结构以及微观结构,结果表明,超高韧釜内合金具有非常高的乙烯含量和乙丙橡胶相含量,并且形成双连续相结构,对比超高韧聚丙烯釜内合金和聚烯烃弹性体增韧剂表明,超高韧釜内合金具有更好的刚韧平衡性,达到弹性体增韧剂的增韧效果的同时,具有更好的刚性。
Super-toughness polypropylene reactor alloy for large polypropylene production device was firstly commercialized, which had excellent low temperature impact resistance. The molecular structure, mechanical properties and microstructure of the alloy were investigated. The results showed that the super toughness reactor alloy had very high content of ethylene and ethylene-propylene rubber and showed co- continuous phase structure. Compared with polyolefin elastomer toughening agent, the alloy showed better balance between rigidity and toughness ; that is to say, it had toughening effect of a lastomer toughening agent and better rigidity at the same time.
