微纳光子学基础与应用研究——第115期“双清论坛”学术综述 被引量:2

摘要 微纳光子学是21世纪世界主要发达国家高度重视的科学前沿,也将对未来高新技术、国家安全、绿色能源等诸多领域产生重大而深远的影响。近年来,美国、欧盟等经济和科技发达的国家及地区陆续出台针对微纳光子学的重大研发计划,我国科学界也呼吁政府尽早设立相关研究计划,加强对微纳光子学的研究。微纳光子学结合了光子学与纳米技术的前沿成果,成为21世纪国家不可或缺的关键科学和技术,我国学者在此领域已经取得了很多国际一流的研究成果。为了深入探讨微纳光子学前沿基础理论以及由此衍生的技术对未来国民经济中的先进制造业和战略资源的影响,2014年5月14—16日,国家自然科学基金委员会信息科学部、数理科学部、工程与材料科学部与政策局共同主办了主题为"微纳光子学"的第115期双清论坛,来自全国26个单位的38位专家学者应邀参加了论坛。与会专家通过充分而深入的研讨,凝练了该领域的重大关键科学问题,探讨了前沿研究方向和科学基金资助战略。 Micro-and nano-photonics are advanced research topics of the 21 st century right in the center of attention of the world's major developed countries,and will have significant and far-reaching impact on the future hightech,national security,green energy and other areas.In recent years,the United States,European Union and other developed countries and regions have set up many major research plans for Micro and nano-photonics.Chinese scientists have also called on the government to establish relevant research programs to strengthen and improve the micro-and nano-photonics research in China. Micro-and nano-photonics combine the advanced research results of photonics and nano-technology,and is an indispensable science and technology discipline of the 21 st century. Chinese scientists have achieved significant amounts of world-class research results in this field. In order to further investigate the impact of fundamental theories and related key applications of Microand nano-photonics on the national economy in terms of advanced manufacturing and strategic resources, the Departments of Information Sciences,Mathematical and Physical Sciences,Engineering Material Sciences,and the Policy Bureau of National Natural Science Foundation of China( NSFC) co-sponsored the 115 "Shuangqing forum"on"Micro-and nano-photonics". 38 scientists from 26 institutes and universities participate in this forum. Through in-depth discussions, the scientists summarized the key scientific problems in this field and explored the forefront research topics and funding strategy. A review on the forums is published in this special issue.
