摘要
本研究调查了1075位东莞市小学教师,其中公办学校教师567人,民办学校教师508人。研究结果显示,小学教师组织沉默归因包括默许沉默、合作沉默和自我保护沉默三个维度;小学教师组织沉默归因倾向于合作沉默和默许沉默;不同办学体制小学教师组织沉默归因在默许维度存在差异,源于公办小学女教师组织沉默归因更倾向于默许沉默;在不同教龄的小学教师中0~2年教龄的小学教师组织沉默归因更少地归为默许沉默和合作沉默。
This study did a research among 1075 teachers in the primary schools of Dongguan,including 567 public school teachers,508 private school teachers. It turns out that primary school teachers' organization silence attribution results from three dimensions of acquiescent silence, cooperation silence and self-protection silent;primary school teachers' organization silence attribution tends to be cooperation of silence and acquies- cence silence;the different dimensions of primary school teachers' organization silence attribution in different teaching system originate from the fact that public primary school female teachers' organization silence attribu- tion tends to be acquiescent silence;the organization silence attribution of primary school teachers with only 0 -2 year experience is less likely to be acquiescent silence and cooperation silence.
