摘要
根据核电站安注箱复合板设计规范要求,太钢自主研发出调质型安注箱用复合板基板SA533BCl.1。钢板具有性能一致性好、厚度方向性能差异较小的特点,其中钢板头部和尾部、表层和心部强度波动均在25 MPa以内,冲击功在200 J以上。各项性能指标完全满足安注箱复合板基板设计要求。
According to the design criterion for safety injection tank of nuclear power plant,TISCO has developed the quenched and tempered SA533BCl. 1 base plate of clad plate. The steel plate features a good properties conformity and small deviation of through thickness properties, of which the properties difference of plate head, tail, surface and center is smaller than 25 MPa and the impact energy value is over 200 J. All the properties indexes fully satisfy the de- sign requirements of safety injection tank on base plate of clad plate.
