摘要
甜菜制糖废水的特点是呈现季节性的变化,水量较大,有机物的浓度较高,可生化性较好。本文主要采用的是预处理、水解酸化池、厌氧反应器处理、好氧反应器联合工艺处理甜菜制糖废水,该工艺处理废水具有效果较好,最终出水COD为92mg/L,SS为60mg/L,氨氮为7.8mg/L,去除率分别为97.7%、98.5%、82.2%,处理成本比较低,而且运行比较稳定等优点。
Beet sugar refinery wastewater is variable with the season,the characteristics of the water is large quantity and high concentration,the biodegradability of the water is good.In this paper we mainly adopt pretreatment、hydrolysis acidification、anaerobic reactor and aerobic reactor to treat beet sugar process wastewater,the final concentration of COD 、SS、NH3- N is 92 mg/L、60mg/L、7.8mg/L respectively,and the removal rate is 97.7% 、98.5% 、82.2% respectively,this kind of process can be more effective and stable with less cost.
