摘要
针对能源消费总量的控制,分析全国及各省份能源消费的动态数据,综合使用灰色关联分析、多元回归分析等方法,建立灰色关联度、层次分析、多元线性回归和动态监测等模型,运用Matlab等软件求解,得出各省份按照能源消费特征进行分类的结果、能源消费总量控制与产业结构等因素之间的关系,并以2011—2015年为例,制定我国能源消费总量按省份分配的方案,最后提出监督和考核各省份能源消费总量控制目标完成情况的实施方案。
Control of the total energy consumption for the analysis of dynamic data from the National and provincial energy consumption,the integrated use of gray correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis,the establishment of gray correlation degree,the level of analysis,multiple linear regression model and dynamic monitoring,solved using Matlab software,obtained in accordance with the provinces,such as energy consumption characteristics of the relationship between the classification results,the total energy consumption control and industrial structure factors,from 2011 to 2015,the total amount allocated by province China＇s energy consumption programs and proposed oversight and assessment of total energy consumption in the provinces control objectives to complete embodiment situations.
