摘要
针对高校既有建筑围护结构存在的热工缺陷、建筑能耗大等问题,通过现场调研和测试,分析地处严寒地区的石河子大学绿苑区7号办公楼的围护结构现状、室内热环境和建筑使用情况,对该建筑能耗现状进行诊断,从围护结构和供暖方式2个方面提出节能改造方案。借助DeST-C软件进行节能改造前后建筑能耗模拟分析,根据模拟结果对改造方案的节能潜力进行了对比分析,提出改造建议,为新疆以及严寒地区高校既有公共建筑的节能改造提供了参考。
In view of the thermodynamic disfigurement and the great amount of energy consumption of the building envelope on campus, through field investigation and testing, the paper analyses the No.7 office building in Lùyuan district of Shihezi University located in the cold region about the status quo of envelope structure, the indoor thermal environment and the use of the building, by investigating the energy consumption status, reconstruction way is proposed from two aspects of retaining structure and heating method. The energy consumption before and after the energy saving reconstruction is simulated by the software De ST-C, and the energy efficiency plan based on the simulating results is analyzed, providing useful information for energy-efficiency of buildings in such areas as Xinjiang and cold region of China.
