摘要
为了对内蒙古的城镇化质量做出科学地、客观的评价,本文结合内蒙古城镇化的特点,构建了多目标指标模型。首先结合层次分析法与隶属度分析,确定了3个一级指标、6个二级指标、21个三级指标,并且通过德尔菲法确定了各个指标的权重,最后得出城镇化质量评价函数,为各级政府提高城镇化品质提供决策依据。
In order to evaluate the quality of urbanization in Inner Mongolia in a scientific and objec- tive way, a multi--indicator model was proposed in this paper based on the urbanization characteristics of Inner Mongolia. In this model 3 first-tier indicators, 6 second-tier indicators and 21 third--tier indicators are first established based on hierarchy analysis and membership degree analysis, then the weight of each index is determined by the Delphi method. Finally this paper obtained an evaluation function of the quality of urbanization, which would provide a useful basis for governments at all levels in their decision--making for the improvement of the quality of urbanization.
