摘要
原子荧光光度法是目前最常用的测定土壤样品中总汞的国标方法,但试样需经过化学前处理,过程复杂,且产生试剂污染。因此,无需经过化学前处理而直接分析土壤中总汞的热分解金汞齐法就显现出明显的优势。本研究利用原子荧光光度法和热分解金汞齐法测定土壤中总汞进行了方法比对研究。实验证明热分解金汞齐法具有操作简单,基体干扰少、高的灵敏度、结果准确、快速、污染小等优点。
Atomic fluorescence spectrometry method is the most commonly national standard method used in determining the total mercury in soil. But the samples with chemical pre- treatment procedures are complex and have pollution. Therefore,the thermal decomposition of gold amalgamation method detecting solid samples directly without complicated pre- treatment procedures is better than conventional methods. In this research,a comparison between two different methods in determining the total mercury in soil was studied. The experiment showed that the thermal decomposition of gold ammlgamation method had a lot of advantages,such as simple operation,less interference,high sensitivity,accurate,fast,and less pollution.
