摘要
图书馆微博营销评价体系指标由三级指标构成,一级指标为微博的吸引力和影响力,二级指标为微博的可信度、沟通性、传播的影响力、内容的表达力,三级指标有17个。微博营销综合评价的实现是一个系统工程,图书馆可从强化数据的获得与处理能力、采取综合性的评价方法、保持可持续性的评价结果等方面着手,建设高效、科学的图书馆微博营销评价体系。
The evaluation index system of library micro-blog marketing consists of three level indexes, including the one level index: micro-log appeal and influence, the two level index: micro-blog reliability, communication, com-munication influence, the expression of the content, and the three level index(containing 17 index).The realiza-tion of evaluation index of library micro-log marketing is a systematic project, the library can construct highefficient and scientific evaluation index system of library micro-log marketing by strengthening the data acqui-sition and processing ability, taking the comprehensive evaluation method, keeping sustainable evaluation re-sults to micro-log marketing.
