摘要 采用共沉淀法制备改性的Cu-Zn酯加氢催化剂,在固定床反应器上以醋酸甲酯为原料考查四种载体(Al、Cr、Zr、Si)对其性能的影响,并对其进行BET、XRD等表征处理,结果表明,以Al2O3为载体的催化剂加氢性能最佳,醋酸甲酯转化率为95.56%,乙醇的选择性为91.57%。醋酸甲酯加氢反应活性受催化剂酸性强弱影响,酸性较强反应活性较强,活性组分Cu在载体表面的分散状况对反应的加氢深度有一定影响。 Surface promoters-modified Cu-Zn catalysts were prepared by a coprecipitation-post impregnation method and evaluated in a fixed bed reactor. The effect of Al,Cr,Zr and Si as catalyst carriers on the catalytic performance was investigated, and the Cu-Zn catalysts were characterized by BET,XRD and so on. The results show that the catalyst with aluminium oxide as the carrier exhibits the highest methyl acetate conversion 95.56% and ethyl alcohol selectivity 91.57%; the acidity of catalysts can affect the distribution of products,while the dispersion of Cu can affect the degree of hydrogenation.
