摘要
目的探讨应用匹多莫德治疗小儿呼吸系统反复感染的临床疗效及可行性。方法将72例呼吸系统反复感染患儿随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组行抗感染、雾化吸入等常规治疗，观察组在此基础上加用皮多莫德联合治疗。记录并评价两组治疗后的临床疗效、停药6个月后感染复发次数及持续时间。结果观察组治疗总有效率为92．5％，显著高于对照组（75．O％），两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组停药6个月后平均复发次数明显少于对照组（P〈0．05），感染持续时间显著短于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论小儿呼吸系统反复感染多系免疫力差所致，常规措施联合匹多莫德用药能有效改善患儿机体免疫力低下状况，清除患儿体内毒素，从而控制呼吸系统反复感染，缩短感染持续时间，值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and feasibility of Pidotimod in treatment of recurrent re- spiratory infections. Methods The 72 cases of recurrent respiratory infections were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the control group underwent anti-infection, inhalation and other conventional treatment, observa- tion group with piduomode on the basis of conventional treatment. The clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment, the number and duration of infection recurrence 6 months after treatment were recorded and evaluated. Results The total ef- fective rate in observation group was 92. 5% , which was significantly higher than that in control group（75.0% ） , the differ- ence was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Six months after the treatment, the average number of relapse in observation group was significantly less than that in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and the duration of infection in observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Children with recurrent respiratory infections due to poor immune system, combined with conventional measures pidotimod medication can effectively improve the situa- tion of children with low immunity, remove toxins from the body in children, so as to control recurrent respiratory infec- tions, shorten the duration of infection, worthy of clinical application.
