摘要
推行研究性教学方法对于提高课程教学质量、培养创新型人才等具有重要的现实意义。在研究性教学方法概述的基础上,对我国高校工商管理类课程开展研究性教学的必要性与迫切性进行了分析,对工商管理类课程实施研究性教学方法的基本路径与要求进行了探讨,并以"管理学原理"课程为例,阐述了该课程实施研究性教学方法的具体过程、效果与体会。
It is important to carry out research-oriented teaching methods to improve teaching quality and to cultivate innovative talents.Firstly,it makes an overview of the research-oriented teaching methods.Secondly,it analyzes the necessity and urgency of implementing research-oriented teaching methods in business management courses in Chinese universities.Thirdly,it explores the basic paths and requirements of research-oriented teaching methods.Finally,taking the course of＂Management Principles＂as the example,the specific process,effects and some experience are expounded in order to provide reference for similar courses.
