摘要
目的探讨改进工作场所空气中异丙醇的溶剂解吸-气相色谱测定法。方法采用活性炭管采集样品,选用不同的解吸液解吸,HP-5毛细管色谱柱分离,火焰离子化检测器检测。结果采用体积分数为5%异丁醇-二硫化碳溶液解吸,平均解吸效率为101.50%~104.60%,批内相对标准偏差为0.28%~0.71%;异丙醇质量浓度在1.35~2 200.80 mg/L范围内呈线性关系,相关系数为0.999 9;方法检出限为0.40 mg/L,定量下限为1.35 mg/L,最低检出浓度和最低定量浓度分别为0.30和0.90 mg/m3(以采集1.5 L工作场所空气计);采用HP-5毛细管色谱柱可将样品中的乙醇干扰与异丙醇有效分离。结论采用体积分数为5%异丁醇-二硫化碳溶液进行解吸可以有效提高活性炭管中异丙醇的解吸效率,且方法灵敏度高,精密度好,适用于工作场所空气中异丙醇的测定。
Objective To improve the determination method for isopropyl alcohol in the air of workplace by solvent desorption-gas chromatography. Methods Isopropyl alcohol in the air of workplace was collected by activated carbon tubes,desorbed by different kinds of eluents which were chosen for optimization,separated by gas chromatography with HP-5 capillary column and flame ionization detector. Results When isopropyl alcohol was desorbed with 5%( V / V)isobutyl alcohol in carbon disulfide( CS2),the average desorption efficiency was 101. 50%-104. 60% and the relative standard deviation within the group was 0. 28%-0. 71%. The linear range of isopropyl alcohol was 1. 35-2 200. 80 mg / L,and the related coefficient was 0. 999 9. The limited detectable mass concentration was 0. 40 mg / L,and the limited quantitative mass concentration was 1. 35 mg / L. The minimum detectable and quantitative mass concentration were 0. 30 and 0. 90 mg / m3respectively( sample volume was 1. 5 L). With HP-5 capillary column,isopropyl alcohol could be separated effectively from ethanol as an interference in the sample. Conclusion The desorption efficiency of isopropyl alcohol was obviously enhanced with the use of 5%( V / V) isobutyl alcohol-CS2 solution as the eluent. The method can provide high sensitivity and good precision, and may be applicable for determination of isopropyl alcohol in the workplace air.
