摘要
目的对比分析药物流产不全患者保守治疗与手术清宫治疗的临床疗效。方法选择76例药物流产不全患者,按照随机数字法将其分为实验组与对照组,每组各38例患者。实验组患者采用保守治疗方法,对照组患者采用手术清宫治疗方法,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果实验组患者的阴道止血时间是(4.27±0.83)d,对照组患者的阴道止血时间是(2.56±0.77)d,实验组的阴道止血时间长于对照组,两组之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);实验组治愈率为92.11%,对照组治愈率为97.37%,两组比较差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对药物流产不全患者采用保守治疗与手术清宫治疗均获得较好的疗效,手术清宫治疗在阴道止血时间方面的效果具有明显优势。
Objective To analyze clinical curative effect of incomplete drug abortion patients withconservative treatment and operation treatment of the Curettage.Methods 76 cases of incomplete drug abortion patients,randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,38 patients in each group.Conservative treatment methods for patients in the experimental group,the control group were treated with surgical curettage treatment,compared two groups of clinical curative effect.Results The experimental group and the vaginal bleeding time was（4.27±0.83） d,the control group of patients with vaginal bleeding time was（2.56±0.77） d,the experimental group,the vaginal bleeding time was significantly longer than the control group,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups（P〈0.01）,the cure rate of experimental group was 92.11%,control the cure rate was 97.37%,the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Both get a good effect of incomplete drug abortion treated by conservative treatment and operation treatment of curettage,curettage operation in hemostasis time of vaginal side effect has obvious advantages.
