摘要
目的:探讨合理有效的针对老年性脑梗死患者的优质护理方法。方法分组比较。将2011~2013年的老年性脑梗塞治疗病例(106)分为实验组和对照组,每组53例患者,分析比较两组患者的身体状况以及患者对我院护士的满意度调查。结果实验组的患者经过优质护理服务后,优良率可高达94.45%,而对照组的患者的优良率仅有75.34%。结论受到优质护理的患者对护理人员的满意度上升,对缓解目前紧张的医患关系具有重要作用,降低投诉率,提高治愈率。
Objective To investigate the reasonable and effective nursing method for aged patients with cerebral infarction.MethodsGrouping comparison, from 2011 to 2013 years of senile cerebral infarction treatment cases(106)were divided into experimental group and control group,each group of 53 patients,a satisfaction survey of nurses in our hospital were compared between the two groups of patients with body condition and the patients. ResultsThe excelent and good rate of the patients in the experimental group was 94.45%,while the excelent and good rate of the control group was only 75.34%.ConclusionBy the high quality of nursing care of patients satisfaction of nursing staff increased significantly,to ease the current tension in the doctor-patient relationship has an important role,low rate of complaints,cure rate is high,wide prospect of application of high quality nursing service.
