摘要
目的探究腔镜手术术中CO2潴留的护理方法。方法选取腔镜术中出现CO2潴留患者12例,监测其生命体征,控制充气流量并协助医师治疗。结果 12例患者经临床治疗和手术护理后,均能够自主呼吸和自行排尿,各项生命指标稳定。结论于腔镜术中CO2潴留患者护理工作中实施适当的体征监护和围手术期护理措施,可有效减少患者并发症。
Objective To explore nursing methods of laparoscopic operation with CO2 retention.Methods A total of 12 laparoscopic surgery patients with CO2 retention,we monitored the vital signs,controled gas flow and assisted physicians in the treatment.Results The 12 patients were able to breathe and voluntarily urine after the clinical treatment and operation,and the life index was stable.Conclusion Laparoscopy CO2 retention in the care of patients with implementation of appropriate signs monitoring and peri operative nursing measures can effectively reduce the complications in patients.
