摘要
目的：研究一次性根管治疗乳牙牙髓根尖周病的临床疗效。方法选取2013年12月～2015年1月在我院做过治疗乳牙牙髓及根尖周病的168例患儿做此次研究的对象，分为A、B两组。结果两组患者在治疗后疼痛发生率没有统计学差异，A组略有优势。结论一次性根管治疗乳牙牙髓根尖周病无需多次复诊操作，疗效明显。
Objective Study on the clinical curative effect of one-time root canal treatment of deciduous teeth pulp periapical disease.MethodsFrom December 2013 to January 2015,168 cases of children with dental pulp and periapical disease in our hospital as the object of this study,and divided into A and B two groups.ResultsTwo groups of patients in pain after treatment no significant difference,the incidence in A group had a slight advantage. ConclusionDisposable root canal treatment of deciduous teeth with endodontic disease without repeated referral operation,obvious curative effect.
