摘要
重点围绕企业环境行为信用评价制度这一诚信建设制度,对比国内外环境信用发展现状,深入分析我国企业环境信用制度建设存在的问题,尝试从公众参与、指标体系和制度构建等方面提出政策建议,以履行政府环保承诺,树立政府环境信用。
Based on the overview of the environmental credit development at home and abroad, this paper focuses on the system establishment of the enterprise environmental behavior and analyses the main problem in China, gives the advice on public participant, index selection and system establishment for the government management of the environmental credit.
